(1) Luigi Ferrari Hi-Tech Innovation Center (LF-HITEC)
Luigi Ferrari Hi-Tech Innovation Center (LF-HITEC) as a high technology innovative business area will include free "clusters" specializing in different areas. These will include IT- Technologies, Energy Efficient Technologies and Biomedical Technologies. The LF-HITEC will become one of the leading science and technological destination in Central and Eastern Europe with highly competitive conditions and a favorable environment for setting up and developing business.
The LF-HITEC will provide comprehensive support and effective assistance to startup and growing hi-tech companies in the development and commercialization of their innovative products and services as well as the maximum degree of integration into the international innovation ecosystem.
The LF-HITEC will also feature a Congress Center, Office & Apartment buildings, Laboratories, Incubator, Venture Fund, Technology Transfer Center, Sport & Recreation center, stores and all other necessary infrastructures for creating a favorable climate for comfortable life and work, including cultural events, lectures from leading experts, scientists, business leaders etc.
The LF-HITEC will measure around 45 hectares and will have a permanent population of 5,000 and number of employees of 1,000.

Theme parks are also rapidly developing in the region of East, Southeast Asia and Oceania. They have also become an integral part of the tourism industry.

The Luigi Ferrari Theme Park will feature a large number of various immersive attractions including roller coasters, rides and games, children's areas, aquapark, other events for entertainment purposes.

(5) Luigi Ferrari Assembling Plant (LFAP)
(Bio-fuel powered SUV, Public & Cargo Transport)
The Luigi Ferrari Assembling Plant will confine of production of body parts, machining the engine, final assembly and painting. The LFAP will represent only the final phase in the process of manufacturing an automobile with highly automated computer controlled assembly line operations. The parts and components will be supplied from automobile components manufacturing hubs in China and South-East Asia region states.
The assembling will involve the manufacture and assembly of the final product from a number of metallic, plastic and electrical components. A wide range of processes will include metal cutting, pressing, polishing, grinding, welding, plating, & painting. All other parts will be bought in on a “just-in-time” basis, e.g. castings and forgings, electrical and electronic equipment, wheels and tires, instruments etc.
